Mathilde Alexandre

Mathilde is the Team Manager of the Corporate Engagement department at ProVeg International, an organization dedicated to transforming the global food system by replacing 50% of animal products with plant-based and cultivated foods by 2040. With a background in communication and media, Mathilde studied at the Sorbonne University where she wrote her research thesis on corporate communication and cultivated meat. In her role, she works to accelerate the growth of the alternative protein sector in Europe and globally, creating a sustainable future for humans, animals, and the planet. By inspiring companies and food service providers to invest in innovation, development, and effective, flexitarian-focused marketing and brand engagement, Mathilde is helping to shape the future of food.
