Na Zhang, Deputy Dean of College of Food Engineering, Harbin University of Commerce, Professor, Doctoral supervisor, the foregoer of Heilongjiang provincial leading talent echelon, the leader of grain chemistry and cereal-oil foodstuff development team of Harbin University of Commerce, visiting scholar of the University of Wisconsin. She is mainly engaged in grain chemistry, high value utilization of grain and food safety research. Successively, she has won a second prize of Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress award; one first prize, one second prize and one third prize of Heilongjiang University Science and Technology Award; a first prize and two third prizes of the Heilongjiang Provincial Natural Science and Technology Achievement Award; as well as, one second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Federation of Commerce. She has been awarded many honorary titles such as the Advanced Individual of the National Science Quality Work of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology, and the Outstanding Youth Award of the Chinese Food Science and Technology Society. She has presided over 20 national and provincial projects such as general programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Furthermore, she has published more than 200 papers, including 50 papers indexed by SCI, editor-in-chief and associate editor of 《Food Safety and Health and Food Safety》,《Modern Food Separation Technology》, etc and 10 patents and software copyrights were obtained.
